雪域上的青稞熟了，也就意味着望果节的到来！望果节是西藏传统非遗节日。“望”藏语意为“田地”，“果”意为“转圆圈”，望果节即围绕农田转圈。当日，西藏的村民会手持各种丰收吉祥物，井然有序地行走在田间，收集丰收的福德和吉祥。当地人认为，转过的农田才有了“央”(灵魂)。村民还会在自己的地里拨三穗青稞，带回谷物的“央”(灵魂)，丰收就有了保证
